Agfa will demonstrate its advanced membrane solutions for alkaline water electrolyzers as it brings its ZIRFON™ technology to the World Hydrogen Summit 2026 in Rotterdam.
The Agfa team will be at Rotterdam Ahoy from 19-21 May as they showcase the outstanding durability, safety, and consistency of ZIRFON membranes.
Designed to support the scale-up of green hydrogen production, ZIRFON membranes are available in widths up to 2 metres and have proven lifetimes exceeding 10 years, providing a solution ideal for emerging large-scale electrolyzer configurations.
Visitors to stand 2C90 – shared with the Belgian Hydrogen Council – will have the opportunity to speak with Agfa’s experts about how ZIRFON contributes to improved electrolyzer efficiency and supports the development of robust, future-ready hydrogen production systems.
Nick Valckx, Business Manager H2 Membranes at Agfa Green Hydrogen Solutions, said: “The World Hydrogen Summit is a key platform for bringing together the global hydrogen community, and we’re excited to connect with partners and customers in Rotterdam. At a time when the green hydrogen industry is scaling, the need for reliable, high-performance components has never been greater. ZIRFON membranes are designed to provide exactly that, supporting efficient, stable and scalable hydrogen production.”
